Teri Gerson will be presenter at ELFA annual convention
Ms. Gerson will present a breakout session at the ELFA convention in New Orleans entitled ASSESSING TALENT TO TURN CHALLENGING TIMES INTO OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS. Unless leaders are faced with glaring deficiencies in staff performance, the tendency is to look at overall productivity rather than individual components. This presentation shows how greater achievement with the same or fewer resources can be realized through critical performance evaluation coupled with corrective redirection and analysis of how current incentives impact focus.
