This small ticket, semi-captive organization is looking to strengthen the leadership in it's credit department to prepare for expected growth. You will work to establish and develop credit scoring models, update policies and procedures, manage the credit team while underwriting larger and more complex transactions. You will also interface with sales, operations, finance, and the parent to ensure aggressive growth with an eye towards responsible management of risk. Portfolio management & collections/remarketing will be a significant component of your responsibility.

CFO Small Ticket (#1253) 
Lead the accounting department for this small ticket vendor subsidiary of a large distribution parent. While you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the GL, including working with Great Plains, monthly quarterly and annual reporting, your primary focus will be on working with the CEO on strategically growing the organization.
