Interview Process and Candidate Profile: Jointly develop in-depth candidate profile including preferred experience, competencies, and aptitudes. The existing interview process will be reviewed, assessed and adjusted as needed in order to provide a consistent and controlled environment for the selection of all hires.

Recruitment: Executive Solutions will conduct an extensive search focused in your geographic area and source 4-12 fully qualified candidates for consideration. We will recruit out of area companies and industries, interface with colleague and university career offices, and attend local job fairs and career days as needed. Screening will uncover intangible qualities such as sales (or financial) aptitude and cultural inclinations as well as tangible qualities like income expectations and work experience.

Interview & Hire: Utilizing a controlled interview process defined by a joint effort of client and Executive Solutions, selected candidates will be invited to interview. ESLF facilities all interviews, negotiations and offers as necessary.

On Boarding & Training: As desired, Executive Solutions will develop all or part of a training program in partnership with client to include everything from basic sales skills (time management, cold-calling, objections, etc) to the fundamentals of leasing including credit analysis and structuring. Training can include on-site or virtual classes, daily, weekly, or monthly follow up webinars, and virtual sales management during the ramp up process. In lieu of training by ESLF we will coordinate with the company and candidate to help with on boarding as necessary. We conduct weekly, then monthly and quarterly follow ups to ensure a smooth process and integration into the company culture and the responsibilities of the roles.
